OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE 2026 BIRTHDAY LUXURY TRAVEL SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN.

 

1. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD

The 2026 Birthday Luxury Travel Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 9, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 6, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the United States, age 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members (parents, children, spouse, siblings) or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

 

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are three (3) methods of entry:

  • Method #1: Free Online Base Entry (Opens June 9, 2026): To enter for free, visit the official giveaway landing page during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and submit your email address. Successfully submitting your email address will grant you five (5) base entries into the Sweepstakes pot. Limit of one (1) online base entry per person and per unique email address.

  • Method #2: Paid Premium Membership Multiplier (Opens June 22, 2026): Anyone who purchases a new subscription to the Sponsor’s Premium email list during the birthday sale window (between June 22, 2026, and July 6, 2026) will automatically receive an additional one hundred (100) bonus entries. Existing active, paid members of the Sponsor’s Premium email list as of June 22, 2026, will automatically be granted one hundred (100) automatic bonus entries. Limit of one (1) Premium membership entry credit per person/email address.

  • Method #3: Free Mail-In Postcard Multiplier (Alternative to Method #2): To earn the 100 bonus entries without making a purchase, entrants must hand-print on a standard, regular-sized postcard (minimum 3.5″ x 5″) the following information: full name, physical mailing address, phone number, email address, and a legibly hand-written description of your ultimate dream travel destination and exactly why you want to visit the destination. (minimum of 3 full, detailed sentences). Mail the completed postcard to: P.O. Box 90233, Raleigh, NC 27675.

4. ENTRY LIMITS & POSTCARD RESTRICTIONS

  • There is a strict maximum cap of one hundred and five (105) total entries per person, per email address, and per household across all entry methods combined.

  • Limit of one (1) mail-in postcard per person/household.

  • Postcards must be 100% legibly hand-written by the entrant. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, typed, stamped, computer-generated, or mass-mailed postcards will be deemed completely void and discarded.

  • All mail-in entries must be postmarked between June 22, 2026, and July 6, 2026, and must be physically received by the Sponsor by July 9, 2026, to be eligible for the drawing.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

At least seven (7) individual winners will be drawn. Prizes are organized below by individual value from highest to lowest. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household.

  • One (1) Grand Prize (The Paris Trip Package): Winner will receive 50,000 Virgin Atlantic® miles (ARV: $500.00), plus a $1,480.00 Visa® Gift Card intended to cover 5 nights of hotel accommodations (calculated at a $230/night value), a food tour for two in Montmartre ($75/person value), and two Disneyland Paris® admission tickets ($90/ticket value). Total ARV: $1,980.00.

  • One (1) Luxury Hotel Prize: Winner will receive 100,000 World of Hyatt® Points deposited directly into their loyalty account, alongside one (1) Hyatt Guest of Honor certificate for Globalist status treatment during their stay. This prize is promotional loyalty currency, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. ARV: $1,000.00.

  • One (1) Skincare & Travel Prize: Winner will receive one (1) Away Travel® train case (Nordstrom® exclusive color) packed with $300.00 worth of premium skincare products selected by the Sponsor, including store receipts for retail exchange flexibility. ARV: $485.00.

  • Three (3) Style Prizes: Three (3) separate winners will each receive one (1) Kate Spade® handbag containing a $200.00 Visa gift card tucked inside. ARV: $350.00 each (Total category value: $1,050.00).

  • One (1) Luggage Prize: Winner will receive one (1) $350.00 Away Travel gift card. ARV: $350.00.

Total Aggregate ARV of All Prizes Combined: $4,865.00.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The random drawing will be conducted on or about July 10, 2026, from all eligible entries received across all methods. Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. Potential winners will have exactly seventy-two (72) hours from the timestamp of the notification email to respond and claim their prize. If a potential winner fails to respond within 72 hours, or if the email is returned as un-deliverable, that potential winner will be permanently disqualified, and an alternate winner will be chosen via a random drawing. Official winners will be announced on social media on or after July 22, 2026.

 

7. TAX DISCLOSURES

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the individual winners. Under the federal tax threshold established by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, information returns (IRS Form 1099-MISC) are only mandated for individual prizes exceeding a fair market value of $2,000. Because all individual prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes are valued below $2,000, the Sponsor is not required to issue tax reporting forms to any prize recipient. However, winners remain responsible for reporting all prize values as taxable income on their personal tax returns as required by law.

 

8. GENERAL TERMS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due mail or digital entries. Any attempt to enter multiple times using fake emails, automated scripts, bots, or multiple postcard mailings will result in immediate disqualification of all entries associated with that individual.
