Once you sign up for our free or premium email list, you will start to get deals directly to your inbox. Inside each email is all the info you need to book the deal.
We definitely send lots of deals to Paris (or whatever popular destination you want to visit!) However, we can not predict the deals. I can’t tell you when a specific route will be on sale. We do not provide one on one services for flights. Sorry!
Almost all of the deals we send are for roundtrip flights. Rarely we will send a one-way if it’s super cheap but we always note that in the emails. (You can also see when you click the links in our emails if it’s a one way flight) Sometimes flights will work as one way flights and sometimes they won’t.
Some days we send 1 deal, some days we send 3 deals and sometimes we go a couple days between deals. We only send deals that are at least 30% off and we don’t repeat deals from the last few weeks, so sometimes there are no good deals to send and we don’t want to send not so great ones. We sent over 300 deal emails last year if that helps!
Let’s say you live in a small regional airport like Asheville, NC. Will you get deals from Asheville? Yes, but not as many. Picture it, I find a crazy mistake fare for $500 roundtrip to your dream destination in Qsuites,, but it only leaves from Boston, New York, and Los Angeles. I think most people would be sad to miss out on that amazing deal and would position to Boston or New York so we don’t offer that currently.
They range and some deals are better than others, but we don’t send any deals that aren’t at least 30% off typical flight prices. In general, for USA/Canada to Europe this means under $2,000, USA/Canada to Asia under $2,600, USA/Canada to Caribbean under $1,000 and premium transcon routes like JFK to LAX for under $1,100. These are roundtrip prices.
We only send domestic deals that feature lie-flat seats. These are generally transcon, like Seattle to New York routes. We do send deals to Hawaii. The rest of our deals are international. We search and send deals to hundreds of destinations around the globe from Africa to the Caribbean.
The better the deal the less time it lasts. Mistake fares may only last a couple of hours after we send the email. Other deals can last for a week. Remember, if booking from the USA you have 24 hours to cancel any flight for a full refund. We recommend booking and then taking the day to figure out if you can make it work.
Yes, the subscription auto renews at the same rate you paid initially.
Due to the digital nature of this product, we offer a 10 day refund on your initial subscription. We offer one refund per customer.
Mistake fares are deeply discounted flights like $700 roundtrip to Paris. These deals happen about 10-12 times per year and we can’t predict when they happen. We also can’t predict if they are honored. Most of the time, they are honored but the airline will cancel pretty quickly, within the first 2 weeks if they aren’t going to honor them. Our founder has flown dozens of mistake fares in business class!
