By using this website or purchasing any products through Ashley Gets Around LLC,  you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

  1. Sharing Deals and Content:
  2. You agree that using the site, as well as all content, and emailed deals are maintained for your personal use. No company content including flight deals may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded or distributed for commercial purposes.
  3. Content including flight deals may be shared on your personal blog, social media posts, with friends and family or anywhere else, as long as it is not shared behind a paywall, and the deal is shared with proper credit to Ashley Gets Around.
 

Refund Policy:

Due to the digital nature of our products, we have the following refund policies:

 

10-day refund policy for the Premium Deal Alerts. No refunds will be given after day 10 for this product, this includes the day you sign up for the deal alerts. Customers are entitled to 1 (one) refund over the lifetime of the product. 

 

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly, quarterly, or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the date of renewal. No refunds will be given if you fail to cancel your subscription before your renewal date. 

 

In order to request a refund, you agree to send a refund request to hello@ashleygetsaround.com You agree to fill out our refund form before we process your refund.

 

Due to the digital nature of the Status Hacking online course (e-course) no refunds will be given.

 

Flight Deal information:

By signing up for our Premium Deal Alerts, you understand that we can not predict the type of deals we will send. We can not predict which airports or routes will be on sale. We can also not predict when deals pop up. 

 

We send more business class and premium cabin deals than any other service, but we can not predict exact pricing and routes. 

 

The more flexible you are, the more deals you will be able to take advantage of. We recommend using positioning flights to take advantage of our best deals. 

 

You understand that mistake fares, and deeply discounted deals may only be available for an hour or two.

 

We can not control if your email provider sends our deal emails to spam or to a promotional folder. Adding hello@ashleygetsaround.com to your email contact lists will ensure our emails go to your inbox. You may also add us to your VIP list. We recommend adding our emails to your push notifications to ensure you are notified when deals are sent out. 

 

Submissions

 If you send comments including reviews about flight deals you have booked, such submissions shall become, and shall remain, the sole property of the Company. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Company. The Company shall own all rights and shall be entitled to unrestricted use, publication, and dissemination of all such submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise without any acknowledgment or compensation to you. 

 

Warranties and Liability 

 

Company makes every effort to ensure that the Product is accurate and fit for the use of Company’s customers. However, Company takes no responsibility whatsoever for the suitability of the Product, and Company provides no warranties as to the function or use of the Product, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Client agrees to indemnify Company against all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, actions, costs, damages, or loss arising out of Client’s breach of these terms and conditions. Company shall not be liable to Client or any third party for consequential, indirect, special or exemplary damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business or anticipated benefits whether arising under tort, contract, negligence or otherwise whether or not foreseen, reasonably foreseeable or advised of the possibility of such damages. 

 

Force Majeure

If the performance of this Agreement or any obligations hereunder is prevented, restricted or interfered with by reason of earthquake, fire, flood or other casualty or due to strikes, riot, storms, explosions, acts of God, death of him/herself or a family member, war, terrorism, or a similar occurrence or condition beyond the reasonable control of the parties, the party so affected shall, upon giving prompt notice to the other party, be excused from such performance during such prevention, restriction or interference, and any failure or delay resulting therefrom shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement.

 

Guarantees 

 

Company does not make any guarantees as to the results, including specific savings, financial or other personal gains, of Client’s use of the Product. Client agrees to take responsibility for Client’s own results with regard to using the Product.
